I would like to compliment Absolute Roof Solutions for the excellent work involved in completing my roofing project. After explaining what I wanted, our representative Kevin Luethi was clear and accurate about the scope of materials, costs, and labour that would be required. He presented a detailed proposal outlaying all aspects and a time line for completion of the job. Work began and was finished as promised. Follow up inspection was completed by production Manager Keith Kinvig. R. E. Vancouver

I would like to thank your staff and your company for the fabulous job in converting our old cedar shakes into a wonderful fiberglass laminate shingles roof. The process from beginning to end – starting from the cost estimation through the completion of the project – was handled with great professionalism and courtesy.

We had multiple quotes from roofing companies and I had the best feeling about Absolute. Colby listened to what I wanted, was detail oriented, answered all my questions and kept me updated every step of the way during the quoting process. Then I made the mistake of going with a lower quote. When I had concerns about the work and quality of my completed roof, I didn't know who to ask for help. I contacted Absolute because of the previous helpfulness and kindness and was thrilled they would stop by to help. Colby got back on my roof and into the attic, double checking the completed work and answered the many questions I had. When I tried to pay him for his services, he refused. I wish I'd gone with Absolute from the start and avoided the major headache and stress with the other company. Their professionalism and knowledge is top knotch and they stand behind their work in ways other companies will not.Posted on GoogleMalcolm Miller28 September 2026Really great experience with Absolute Roofing from start to finish. Colby did an excellent job capturing our preferences and communication was great. Whilst they weren't the cheapest quote, the guaranteed quality of work was worth it. I definitely recommend them if you want peace of mind that the job is done right.Posted on GoogleBritton Ebert21 September 2026Carlos did such a great job. Honest, clear, reliable with no pressure. Great work, highly recommended roofing company. A lot of poor contractors out there - absolute roofing was high quality and affordable. Update after using Absolute Roof Solutions again: We had some additional preventive maintenance and repairs done to our metal roof and had another good experience. Kizi carefully inspected the roof, repaired deteriorated seals and reinforced previous repairs. She provided extensive photos documenting the work. She was thorough, and took extra steps to protect several areas. The pricing was fair for the scope.Posted on GoogleJudy H.18 September 2026Kizi did a great job of clearing our gutters yesterday. I would highly recommend her.Posted on Google2003z71 sierra17 September 2026Absolutely the best! Big thank you to Dan, James, Kevin, Reza, Le and crew. Quick and efficient. Kizi and Junga arrived and conducted a thorough onsite inspection. They identified and photographed the problem areas so I could easily recognize and understand the necessary repairs. The work was fully completed according to the estimate and I am very satisfied with the results. Don't look any further for another roofing company, Absolute Roof Solutions is how it's done.Posted on GooglePaul Ohler25 August 2026Ondrej and Ajay cleaned and repaired my roof with expertise and great attention to detail. They came to clean debris off my cedar roof, clean gutters and make repairs. My roof looks so clean now, better than I could imagine. I was worried at first, but I am so happy I went through with the work. Kizi took good care of my roof like she promised.Posted on GoogleDana Panchyshyn20 August 2026Absolutely fantastic experience with Absolute Roof Solutions. As an Associate Broker with the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board, it is important to refer people that we can fully trust. Kevin Di oversaw our entire roof replacement and was excellent from start to finish. His communication and follow-up were outstanding—he kept us informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond. He also paid close attention to every detail, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Absolute Roofing and especially working with Kevin!Posted on GoogleAndrew Chu13 August 2026Ondrej did a great job assessing my roof on a house we just purchased. The report was detailed and the quote given to repair was fair. I would recommend this company and would continue to use them.Posted on GoogleAgustin Juarez10 August 2026I wanted to share my recent experience with Absolute Roof. One of their employees was able to come through to my house recently to take a look at my roof and attic as we'd recently moved in. He was extremely professional and recommended a proper inspection to seal up a couple of small gaps but was able to thoroughly explain everything that he'd found and his recommendations. A few days later, their team was able to come by and get on the roof, patch up any small spots and wrap up the job extremely quickly. The experience was very positive and professional, they gave me a great quote and performed all the work faster than I expected. They never tried to upcharge or upsell me anything and gave me an even longer time frame before next service than I expected. 5/5!Load more

***** worked hard to communicate the many moving parts of the roofing operation, and he was an effective liaison between the office and the actual roofers. It's clear that everyone is working really hard, but some details can get missed in the rush, so I recommend remaining vigilant. That said, we've already had some heavy rains and, so far, the roof is working and looking great!Posted on BBB

Calvin M29 July 2026The team is professional, both on the sales front as well as the installation and service. Communication is prompt and informative. Quotes come quickly and with follow up. Sales pressure is very low. I had a large skylight installed. The install team was extremely courteous, clean and communicated all stages well. They informed me when they were coming, leaving, issues, concerns, follow up items etc. Honestly, within the sea of vastly under performing contractors, this organization showed that professionalism still exists.Posted on BBB
Angela B27 July 2026We recently had an inspection done. ****** did a great job. He was very thorough, friendly, professional and efficient! Absolute Roof has always come through for us. Highly recommend!Posted on BBBG. F27 July 2026We have hired Absolute Roof Solutions three times. The first time we hired Absolute Roof Solutions was to inspect our roof to determine its condition, the second time was to repair deficiencies that came to light as a result of the inspection. The third time was to replace a roof skylight which appeared to be leaking, and which ****** had noted in his earlier inspection was initially poorly installed. Each time ****** communicated clearly what was necessary, and arrived at the promised time. We felt we were in good hands and had confidence that the job would be done right. When the work was completed, ****** provided a series of photos to show the progress and completion of the work done, which was very helpful, and he clearly explained his findings and recommendations. We are happy with the installation of a new skylight. It was done quickly, and after a couple of days or rain recently, we are confident that the installation was professionally done by Absolute Roof Solutions. Highly recommended.Posted on BBBTami E30 June 2026We have been working with *** for 20 years to maintain a concrete tile roof. Recently, we replaced that roof with asphalt shingles. From the initial consult through to the final inspection of the new roof, ARS was professional and capable. We were particularily impressed with the on-site manager, *****, who genuinely cared about the quality of the project. He was timely in response to our enquiries and ensured that the job was completed on time and to ARS top standards.Posted on BBB
LM B27 June 2026We recently got a new roof from Absolute Roof Solutions. The process may not have been particularly relaxing, but it was a pleasure to meet ***** and the many skilled, hard-working people who made it happen. The result is a very good roof.Posted on BBB
Mark D25 June 2026We engaged ARS to replace the old tar and gravel roof on our Vancouver special. With ARS guidance we selected a highly heat reflective torch-on membrane which so far does seem to help keep the house cooler during hot spells. The team did an excellent job of protecting the plants and trees on our garden during the old roof removal which was a high priority for us. Disruption was kept to a minimum and the finished job looks excellent.Posted on BBBIan C18 June 2026The asphalt lining around my skylight had been cracking up for a long time. Finally it started leaking again into the kitchen so they replaced the lining around the box and replaced a few screws. I havent been up on the roof to have a look, but the photos look just fine. I think the original was about 30 years old.Posted on BBB
Vincent D12 June 2026Hi, just had my roof repaired by Absolute and they were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I suffered a fire from burning mattresses and unfortunately the flames made it to the roof melting the roofing membrane and the fire ***** ripped off the top cap. Wouldn't you know it I had the roof installed last Sept., they couldn't burn my 30 year old roof so I could get the insurance to help pay for a new roof, no it had to be a new roof that was torched. Anyway, they did a good job in Sept 2025 and did a good job in June 2026, I would strongly recommend Absolute roofing to my friends. Thanks for letting me rant. V.Posted on BBB
Robert G5 June 2026Kizi, a repair technician with Absolute Roof Solutions, identified some repairs to my roof that would help prevent water intrusion. She quickly provided a quote for making those repairs, and she and her co-worker carried out the quoted work within a week. I appreciated the photos provided of the recommended repairs and the completed work. I also appreciated the friendly and professional service provided. I will use Absolute Roof Solutions in the future.Load more
