Each week a new section sprung a leak. With a proper inspection, we found that the original membrane had shrunk so much over the years that the entire roof failed weekly. Once this situation was discovered, we informed the owner that he would do ongoing repairs “until the end of time.” After receiving our comprehensive report, he could make the correct decision for his building.

All that is needed to be done is to fill out the property contact information and general description of the problem, and we will take care of the rest.

We will call the owner/tenant and schedule a meeting or service call. We will find the problem and provide a written quote or carry out the repairs as directed by the manager. We are accustomed to dealing with owners or tenants in this situation and will represent the Property Manager or Strata Council in a completely professional manner.

2. Regularly Scheduled Inspections, Maintenance, and Full Reports

Our experienced staff are specialists. They will conduct a thorough inspection and provide clearly written roof condition reports that are completely understandable and include photos.
