Example: We recently took over repairs of a 120,000 sq ft commercial building. Shortly after, having weekly repair calls, we found over 40 separate previous repairs in just one half of the roof. Each week a new section sprung a leak. With a proper inspection, we found that the original membrane had shrunk so much over the years that the entire roof was failing week by week. Once this situation was discovered we informed the owner that he would be doing ongoing repairs “until the end of time”. And, after receiving our comprehensive report he could make the correct decision for his building.

All that needs to be done is to fill out the property contact information and general description of the problem and we take care of the rest.

We will call the owner/tenant and schedule a meeting or service call. We will find the problem and provide either a written quote or carry out the repairs as directed by the manager. We are accustomed to dealing with owners or tenants in this situation and will represent the Property Manager or Strata Council in a completely professional manner.

2. Regularly Scheduled Inspections, Maintenance, and Full Reports

Our experienced staff are specialists. They will carry out a thorough inspection and provide clearly written roof condition reports that include photos and are completely understandable.
