During these unprecedented times we are taking many steps to ensure the safety of our clients and our staff while work is being done and completed.
We want to share with you the things we are doing and how we’re doing our part to flatten the curve:
Our technicians will call you upon arrival at your home to inform you they have arrived. They will go straight to the roof to perform the scheduled work and then they will call you to let you know when they are done. They will not be entering your home under any circumstances, and will arrange for you to send them photos or video of the inside of your home if needed.
- All orders for supplies are being called in and our suppliers are leaving supplies in designated pick-up/delivery areas to avoid any interaction between their people and our team. No in-store purchases are being made.
- Instead of paying the technicians directly on-site, payment will now be made via cheques mailed to the office (1676 West 75th Ave, Vancouver BC, V6P 6G2), by e-transfer or by credit card.
- All technicians are equipped with hand sanitizer, gloves, and equipment cleaner. They are cleaning their equipment after each use.
As things evolve, we are updating our policies to ensure the safety and health of our clients and staff.
