We recently engaged Absolute Roof Solutions to replace our old, moss-covered tar & gravel flat roof with a new torch-on roof. In addition to re-roofing the house, Absolute also replaced an old skylight and repaired sections of the roof deck where new wood was needed. In all respects, we were pleased with the services provided by Absolute. JP was helpful in assessing our needs and providing a competitive quote for the job; Karan and the rest of his crew were extremely hard-working, professional and respectful; and Stephane (the project manager) was very attentive, conscientious, thorough and hands-on in ensuring that all facets of the job were performed to our satisfaction. Stephane also coordinated related work done by Lee to rebuild our chimney and Andrew to do some clean-up on our metal flashing and we were similarly impressed by their professionalism and amiability as well. We would recommend Absolute to anyone requiring the services they provide.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent job that your people did on touching up my roof. Right from the beginning with Ken providing the quote, to your team arriving to perform the work. They replaced a few shingles, secured loose ones as well as updated and replaced my skylight.

Last summer I asked a number of leading companies to study my roof and recommend what they would do to replace the shingles and skylights. I know a bit about roofing as I had installed the last two roofs on my house by myself. Thatcher Stokes impressed me with his knowledge of roofing systems and his quote was competitive. We had been watching our deteriorating roof for several years before deciding that now was probably the right time to replace it.

Timing was exactly as promised; the small crew of two that worked on the roof were clean, respectful of our neighbours and careful to protect the garden. The site was left clean and in good order at the end of each workday.
