Our Business Development Manager, Pat, alongside our Senior Roofing Consultant, Ken, recently represented Absolute Roof Solutions at the Annual RE/MAX Select Seminar in Richmond, an event that brings together real estate professionals from across the region. RE/MAX Select currently represents approximately 300 agents, making this seminar an excellent opportunity to connect with a large network of industry-leading professionals.
As a trusted roofing company serving Greater Vancouver and Richmond, we offered valuable roofing education tailored to the needs of real estate agents. Throughout the event, we focused on answering the most frequently asked roofing questions agents receive from buyers and sellers. Topics included identifying signs of roof aging, what to look for during a roof inspection, common issues noted in home inspection reports, and how different roofing materials can affect a home’s overall value and longevity.
By providing practical roofing information and engaging directly with agents, we aim to help them guide their clients with confidence, especially during the buying and selling process. Supporting the real estate community with accurate roofing knowledge ultimately leads to better-informed homeowner decisions.
