It is not often these days that customers take the time to sit down and write a letter of thanks to a company for their service. Online reviews are the norm. They are quick and easy to do and we always appreciate them too.
But we recently received a letter from one of our customers to thank the Absolute Roof Solutions team that repaired her roof for their kindness and professionalism in dealing with her and doing the repair. It was very special for us to receive such an acknowledgment for our work.
