It is a typical question. Every potential customer asks it or at least thinks about it to themselves.
However, it is not a difficult question to answer for Justin Doyle, Absolute Roof Solutions Sales Manager.
People want to compare
"People are always trying to compare, to make sure they are getting the best quality and the best delivery," says Justin.
The "best quality" and the "best delivery" is why Absolute Roof Solutions was started over 20 years ago.
Absolute Roof Solutions' founder Doug Kerr had a hard time finding a competent roofing contractor for his company, Kerr Construction & Design, a growing, award-winning custom home builder and home renovations company. He was continually disappointed by the low quality of workmanship and lack of professionalism of the roofing companies he hired. The only answer he had was to start his own roofing company. Thus Absolute Roof Solutions came into being.
Entirely professional roofing experience
The focus of Absolute Roof Solutions is to provide homeowners an entirely professional roofing experience by having a team of roofers who are well-trained, competent and courteous, and complete their work without damaging your property or leaving a mess.
Ensure customers are happy
"We have a lot of checks and balances to ensure that our customers are happy with our products," explains Justin. "For example, I have a comprehensive consulting process where I sit down with you and ask you what kind of roof you want. We design your roof project together.
"Then when we move forward, you meet our production manager who organizes every aspect of your roofing job. Once work starts, he is there to check on safety and the quality of the installation. After completion, he does a thorough inspection of every aspect of the work, including ensuring your property is left exactly as it was before we started."
The bottom line
The bottom line is that someone goes with Absolute Roof Solutions because they want a roof that is done properly and is going to last. Also, on the off chance that something is not quite right, we are right there to fix it under our labour and material warranties. We're not going anywhere.
