“We have a mid-century bungalow in Vancouver, with approx. 2200 sqft flat roof that has poor drainage and multiple leak points. We called ARS and arranged for an onsite consultation to explore our options. There is a fee associated to that but it was well worth it. The technician carefully went through the roof during the consultation and was able to point out (and documented) most of the issues. Personally, this was a very critical process, it gave me confidents knowing their depth of expertise and provided us a parameters for technicality repairs, which allowed us to make an educated decision.
